All service packs can only be used for updating the corresponding program version, i.e. a service pack for version 8 requires an existing installation of PTV Viswalk 8. The updates are cumulative, meaning that the latest service pack includes all previous ones of the same main version.
A setup wizard will guide you through the installation of a Viswalk service pack. The corresponding setup file is available for download in both packed and unpacked format. Please execute this setup file and follow the instructions of the setup wizard.
Customers with a maintenance contract can download the setups for the current and future base installations from the download area. Customers without a maintenance contract are kindly requested to send their enquiries to info@vision.ptvgroup.com (sales.us@ptvgroup.com for North American).
